Haworth is a company that produces ergonomic and well-designed office furniture. They wanted a modern and fresh approach to their marketing communications for their new range of furniture – Bamboo.

The brochure was titled “The Story of Bamboo” and its introduction spoke about the characteristics of the plant, from which the collection got its name. The abridged version of the brochure was wittily called “The Short Story of Bamboo.”

A complimentary gift for their launch party came in the form of wheatgrass seeds, premixed with soil, in a spiffy little box. Called “Out of the Box”, this creative gift would simply grow when water was added. All one had to do was name the plant. This conveys the benefits of Bamboo, which are creativity, originality, growth, versatility and harmony.
